BabyFrames started the way a lot of good things do — with a search that turned up nothing good enough.

We went looking for a way to put the photos we loved most — a first birthday, a wisp of newborn hair, the little details — on our walls. And everything we found was flat. Thin, glossy, mass-produced prints that looked exactly like everyone else’s. Nothing that felt like the moment deserved. Nothing that felt like art.

So we made it ourselves.

We wanted something premium — something that looked and felt like a piece from a gallery, not a photo lab. That’s how we landed on textured canvas: real raised relief, up to 2mm deep, embossed right into the print so the folds of a blanket, a curl of hair, or the little details actually lift off the surface. It’s a photo you can run your fingers across. Not a photo of texture — texture you can feel.

An all-women team — family and friends

Everything here is made by women. Our designers, our customer care, the hands running the printing press — all of us. We’re a small shop of family and friends in Miami who care, maybe a little too much, about getting your canvas exactly right.

That means when you upload your photo, a real person on our team is going to look at it, make sure it prints beautifully, and hand-wrap it before it ships to you. No warehouse, no middleman — just us, making something we’d be proud to hang in our own homes.

Made to order, made to last

Every canvas is printed and gallery-wrapped to order in our own shop. We use water-based, odorless, GREENGUARD-certified inks that are safe for a nursery, on canvas that’s fire-rated to ASTM E84 Class A — because a piece meant to hang over a crib should be as safe as it is beautiful.
